Armenia-EEU Trade Turnover Grows

On March 22, the NA Standing Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration debated the report on Procedure and Results of the RA Government Programme for 2020. As the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Avag Avanesyan presented, in 2020 the trade turnover had a fall, but Armenia-EEU trade turnover has from 28 to 31.4%.

It was noted that Armenia-China trade-turnover also had grown.

According to the Deputy Minister, conditioned by the pandemic, the processes of signing free trade agreements with Singapore, Serbia, Israel and Egypt were delayed. The rapporteur also touched upon the advantages of the formation of the electronic trade platform, the reasons of the investment flow falls and statistics.
